Where do you fing someone?

where does a young 23yr old single mom go to meet people? I don't want to pick someone up in the bar, and I live in canton oh so minus the bar there is no where to go. Where can you meet someone? At least someone who is intelligent, smart, funny, understanding. good looking, stable and reliable. Where can you find that is there any hope
