When I was there last time Wal-Mart and Publix didn't actually sell a huge variety of fruit and after one too many Ponderosa breakfasts, I felt a huge need for some healthy foods!! I'm going back again this year so I'd love to know of some good grocers near the US 27?

Thank you!

Me and my friends are planning to take a trip to Alaska in 2010 from Pennsylvania, right outside of Pittsburgh. On our way to Alaska, are there ways to make money and how? Also, we hunt and is it possible to take shotguns with us for duck hunting? How long will the trip take, and can we do hiking and fishing along the way too? What are some good places to visit on the way up? I am thinking of taking a GMC 1500, is this a good choice?

Please don't give stupid answers. Answer only if you know what your talking about.

Thanks for any help!

Hello,

My wife and I are moving to San Francisco from Chicago. I've heard that sometimes rental car companies need their cars moved around the country and get consumers to do it for them for a discount. Has anyone done this or is it just a myth? I'd much rather drive a rental than put the miles on our car.

Thanks.

Not to mention the cost of living, it's just ridiculous!!!! i have a 400 sq ft studio that i rent for 1200 per month...which i was lucky to get at that price, owner is a friend......anyways...ive been thinking about moving and wanted some of your opinions. I am a bartender and have been for almost 8 years now. 27 years old, no kids....hmmmmmmm...what else....oh ...i've already lived in Florida, Arizona, and New York, Korea, Germany....i was in NY the longest but i dont really care to return there, not to live anyway...great to visit but looking to move someplace new.... I've been thinking about Austin Tx as a possiblity...but i've never been there...or maybe Las Vegas...i just dont know!!!! help!!!!!!!!
Aloha and Mahalo everyone!!!!

It has to be near the water, it has to have apartments, not really a city area, not expensive to live there (maybe 900.00 apartments), and the people are nice. Also it has to be warm..... or at least the coldest it gets is 40 degrees in the winter. Im thinking of Virginia Beach but other places are welcome

Should I take the bus or if I have a car should I drive? I think it would be cheaper to take the bus bcause of the gas prices and I wouldn't have to worry about getting tired but then I would have to worry about long, boring layovers and I could drive at my own pace and not worry about them.I dunno what do you think?

After HS, I would like to move to a trendy city where things are kind of relaxed and peaceful. A place that is cheap (so that I will be able to live on my own with a student salary), and a place with beautiful architect? Any ideas? I love nature too.

Oh, and a nice college that isn't that hard to get into. My grades are pretty average.
