I would also like to know any good attractions or places to stay in any of these areas that you are familiar with.

If your budget can handle it, go to Orlando. And if you can get your Mom or mother-in-law to come along, do that too. You will have a great time all day at any one of the 4 Disney parks, then you can take some night-time alone time at Pleasure Island or Universal Studios City Walk (this is when you need an extra adult to stay with your daughter). This is just my opinion, but you can not beat a Disney vacation. But it will cost you. I am sure you have looked at Disneyworld.com, so you know the prices. It's worth it if you have it.
And if you plan far enough in advance, you can treat your daughter to character breakfasts and behind the scenes tours.
But don't forget about fun for your wife and you. The night life can be as wild as you want it to be, or as romantic as she wants it to be. That's the great thing about Orlando - there is always something for the mood you are in.

I have been to all three and I have a 7 year old. We would hands down tell you Orlando. Disney is soooooooo much fun. Staying on site is very special and you can even do it on a budget. Next would be Panama City. It is fun but not family fun. Myrtle Beach--last!!!! It's beaches are so ugly ( I like the gulf much better). Worn out town.

We went to Orlando adn Myrtle beach few months ago, but never been to Panama city

If you never been to Orlando, then Orlando is the answer !
There are so manythings to do & to see, and to eat and to experience.
Money is the limit :)
note: What I mean by Orlando is not only inside Orlando city limit, but the surrounding are very close: clearwater beach, ft de soto beach, busch garden etc)

Myrtle beach is very nice too, the beach is nice, lots of restaurant and hotel too, but I think its smaller than Orlando.

Also depends no how long is your vacation. If you have more than 3 days, I think you would prefer Orlando

What about a cabin condominium up in the finished Lakes? you may attempt a city vacation in Nashville, TN in case you actually want to bypass to the sea coast, possibly attempt Virginia sea coast this time. Washington, DC is continually a sturdy decision. per chance even locate places on your human being state. vacationer sights that natives not in any respect do. in case you stay close to Frankfurt, why no longer stay in Lexington, case in point. there is also the Carrowinds topic Park close to Charlotte, NC, and Busch Gardens close to Williamsberg, VA. Williamsberg itself, may nicely be a exciting vacation. want a huge city? Do Chicago.
