I want to move to a trendy city with a nice college, cheap, and beautiful architecture?

After HS, I would like to move to a trendy city where things are kind of relaxed and peaceful. A place that is cheap (so that I will be able to live on my own with a student salary), and a place with beautiful architect? Any ideas? I love nature too.

Oh, and a nice college that isn't that hard to get into. My grades are pretty average.
