I enjoy visiting the New Hope and surrounding areas. I enjoy the old archtecture, the covered bridges (so hard to find in most of the country), the quaint shops & old fashoined mule rides.

The Poconos are also a favorite area. One can find just about any activity, skiing, golf, tennis, swimming, tubing, etc. And the beauty of the mountains, especially in the autumn is breathtaking.

But my absolute favorite spot, whether you are on the PA or NJ side, is the Deleware Water Gap. When I was in high school one of my teachers had a friend who was globally well traveled. She was of the opinion that out of all of the places she had been & seen the most beautiful spot was the Deleware Water Gap. I had never been, so decided I needed to take a look for myself. She was probably right. It is an absolutely beautiful area.

Shohola Falls, in the middle of Pike County. It's a complex, fascinating waterfalls at the start of a beautiful gorge. I could watch it for hours.
