Where is the best place to move?

It has to be near the water, it has to have apartments, not really a city area, not expensive to live there (maybe 900.00 apartments), and the people are nice. Also it has to be warm..... or at least the coldest it gets is 40 degrees in the winter. Im thinking of Virginia Beach but other places are welcome

Virginia beach is a great place or you can move near me Hermosa beach Ca. nice weather in the winter..

Charleston SC is a lot of fun. Good deals in New Orleans right now too.
