i was looking at pictures of amtrak and greyhound stations, because either of those is what i am going to use for my trip. until i saw the location. i feel like my car will be stolen and i will be shot. why are they in such horrible locations?

i will be going on a day trip to chicago in april and would like to take amtrak. are there places to leave a car so i will not need to be picked up? i will be at the amtrak station in st. louis. thanks

I've traveled around a lot, but have lived in New York the majority of my life, but currently in Florida. I will be in San Diego and LA next month, so I'll see how the west coast lives. But I have to say, out of all the places I've lived and visited, New York is still the coolest place to live. Perhaps I'm biased because I was born there, but New Yorkers are as real and down to earth as anyone can be. And it's true the richest, most affluent people in the country live in New York, perhaps they also have a pad in LA or elsewhere, but the top hedge fund managers, and investment bankers live in the city. It's definately a cool place!
