I am going to Las Vegas in October. It will be my very first time going there and it will be a girls' trip. We will all be 24 and older and I want to know if there's anything I ABSOUTELY have to make sure we do while we're there. I also need to know if there is anything to be sure NOT to do (like wasting time at silly events that aren't worth it, etc.) or any places I should definitely not stay while I'm there. Let me know if you can and thanks in advance.

P.S. I am a city girl so I won't be in a culture shock or anything, I just want to know about the "can't-miss" stuff.

Can someone tell me around how long I could expect Disney's Magical Express to take to get to the All Star Movies resort? I have kind of a dilemma. The flight that is on the day that I am going gets there at 3:12pm. My sister and her family have dinner reservations at 5pm. However, I need my sister's husband to check me in to my resort, as he booked the tickets with his triple A card. She said if I don't get there earlier, I will have to wait until they are through with dinner. So how long can I expect it to take?

im going over to vegas for the hatton maywather fight.
ive booked and paid for the hotel already!!
the tickts are not on sale yet so i havnt bought them yet....surley there wont be a problem gettin into the fight cos i am under 21.
somebody said i wont get in because you have to go through the casino to get to the fights and they wont let you in the casino???

the people just arent warm like in the outer bouroughs and surrounding areas, i'm sure if i was dieing on the street most the people would walk by me w/o the blink of an eye (nice people are hard to come by)- any feedback appreciated... & btw why is it that everyone there has to have some sort of 'style'/ boldness in the clothing they wear- i feel so out of place when i dress casual

My kids (7, 10, 13 and 16) want to go to California for Spring Break. I like the Ocean and I like warmth so I'm wondering first if San Diego is warm in late March? Also, where is a good place to stay? I would love to be on the beach somewhere but when I was looking up reviews on Travelocity a lot of people complained about places being in a not so great area. Where is a safe place to stay with my kids? I'll be renting a car and we'll be spending the better part of our vacation at the beach (we hope) so I don't have to be located right near everything. I would like to go visit a friend in Providence next weekend. Amtrak is over $150 round trip and Greyhound stops too many times (and their buses are always smelly..)

I know that I can take Chinatown buses to Boston and then get to providence, but that seems to be overshooting the mark. Is anyone familiar with Metro North and the various mass transit commuter lines in Connecticut and Rhode Island? I think there has to be a way to do it by taking all commuter trains, but I need some advice.
