I'm not a cop but I do live in the states. Age 16 is usually the age of consent in most cases with things like that. You can drop out of school at 16, for example. At 18 you're definitely legal and can do everything (except drink, rent a room in a hotel and rent a car..). Hope this helps!

I am almost sure you can ,you are an adult at 21 but have certain rights at 18 such as chooseing whaere you won't to live ,Call the attorney general office of the state of Ms. to be sure

at 18 years old you are a adult of legal age,so yes you can leave and not get in trouble as you stated.
