my husband and i are going to vegas for our birthdays. Alright, so he killed the thing. It wasn't on purpose. He said he uses the broom the scare them away, since he's a window washer and the birds close. He hit one by accident!! This guy has 31 pets!! Why would he KILL a seagull on purpose.
He got fired from his job, and the place that hired him to do the window washing, was "fired" from washing those windows anymore. I think it's absolutly rediculous!!!!! Fired!@?!> How many damn seagulls are there around???
I am not for animal volience, but come on...they already fired him from his job, and now he may go to jail for 5 yrs!! That is a REALLY long time for someone to go to jail for a simple mistake!!
What are your takes on this?
