I lived in Henderson off of Boulder Hwy and Russell Rd. The apartment complex was called Firenze, very very nice. Lots of guys that were based at Nellis lived there. Its close, but far enough away to get away. It's easy to get to from the base and no traffic. If you want details about the complex, lemme know, I still have friends that live in the complex that can show you around. But check Henderson, its a nice area.

Anywhere off of Craig Road is a pretty easy shot to Nellis. If you can afford the cost, continue east on Craig until you get into Summerlin. Excellent housing, schooling, shopping, but at a price.

A number of good spots along Boulder Hwy that allow you to shoot up Nellis to the base. I'm at Coral Garden which is next to Sams Town. Cheap enough.

Anywhere along Nellis Blvd or Craig Road should be reasonable. After that, go towards the southeast. The further west you go the costlier it gets.

Well, my family was military, and we ended up in Texas, it's actually pretty nice here, except for the fact that it's hot. But did you know that it's not a desert? Actually, most of it is grassy plains, lotsa trees. I always thought it was a desert. It sucks though, I'm too used to moving alot, six years in one place is too much for me... *twitch*
