I don't know if I'd say it's the best, but it definitely is one of my all time favorites. I used to work at Fantasmic at MGM which is right next to Tower of Terror, and I would ride it all the time, couldn't get sick of it. My fiance actually worked at both Tower of Terror and Rockin' Roller Coaster, so he rode them like 24/7 and he isn't even sick of them. I love how you never know what to expect, each ride is a different experience. The atmosphere really builds into the anticipation, and when you're finally on it you're so excited you can't wait, then BOOM, you're insides are about to pop out of you, that you just can't help but to scream!!! Then just when you think it's over, here comes another surprise...

I like Tower of Terror it is a great ride but I think that the Expedition Everest looks even better!!! Everyone has their own opinion though because there are going to be some who love the classics and always will, like me I love the Pirates of the Caribbean and always will.

That would depend on what kind of rides you like. Tower of Terror is a lot of fun. But right next door is a great one too- Rock'n' Roller Coaster. I've heard Expedition Everest at Animal Kingdom is a great ride as well. My absolute favorite ride in all 4 Disney World parks is located in EPCOT: Soarin' Over California. It will just take your breath away.

I think Expedition Everest took over as the best ride ever. It's awesome!

Nope.
In MGM i would have to say the rock n' roller coaster, but overall out of all disney parks I'd say Expedition Everest at Animal Kingdom!
