I will be flying to the Cayman Islands in August 2007. The company I booked the trip with says "no" because travel to the Cayman Islands is considered domestic travel. A local travel agent said "yes." Who is correct?

I am traveling to Europe this summer and it is my first time visiting. I will be visiting the U.K., San Sebastion (Spain), and the south of France. People's advice for going to New York always seems to be to keep my wallet in my front pocket instead of the back as I'm used to. Are pick-pockets really that big a risk? I tend to wear tight pants and I can't fit my wallet in my front pocket.
