I am a single mother and I need cheap air fares to fly my children to Omaha,NE from Charleston, SC to be Pall Bearers for their grandfathers funeral-died today 1-23-07. I have tried everything and no one will help me. The airlines want $1000+ to fly half way across the US. Thank you!

I am 37 years old, single, with no children. I am working on a writing career, I also do photography, drawing, painting, etc. I currently hold a real estate license which is reciprocal in 4-5 other states. Most of my work history is in real estate, management, and marketing, and website entry and have some college studies (30 credit hours) in English/Business/Marketing and Management. I would like to take a year and travel throughout the United States, not all 50 states, but a good helping of them. I have a home but want to (maybe) come back to it and since I still owe on it, would have to rent it out and hope for good renters. Has anyone else done this and if so, how did you financially do it? Is there a "trick" or an order of things? Thanks in advance!

Me and my friend are going to Toronto in February for one week. (Saturday to Saturday) and I'm trying to do a rough itinerary.

While we are there we are going to New York for a couple of nights (as it is close - well compared to London anyway!)
We have booked flights to New York on Tuesday returning to Toronto on the Thursday.

We are English, will we have any trouble going in and out of USA?
We have return flight tickets from Toronto back to UK so I am assuming it will be ok but just checking.

We want to go in to USA twice you see. We want to go to Niagara Falls and either stay somewhere near there and next day go to buffalo OR the same day as Niagara, go over the border to buffalo and then come back to Toronto next day. And then fly to New York as I have explained. Can we fit going to Niagara - Buffalo - Toronto between sunday morning and back before Monday Night??

All of this using public transport. Any ideas?? Thanks.

My friend and I are going to Boston in a couple of months and we're looking for a quality, safe, affordable (around $150-200/night), and well-located hotel. We're not renting a car, so preferably something close to the action, as well as close to transportation to get around to everywhere else. Any suggestions?

We are going to Mexico soon and would like to go out on the town in Playa, but want to be safe. We have been to the Tequila Barrel and it was nice. Anything else on that main strip? I think it is 8th street or something like that.

We are flying into Split and have 8 nights to enjoy the coast before taking a ferry out of Dubrovnik to Italy. We are professionals in our early 30s who like a social scene, but don't need to party like teenagers. We also enjoy the outdoors and would prefer to enjoy the culture rather than stay in resorts. I live in Asia; and I own a tailoring shop. This afternoon, a group of highschool boys came to my shop and wanted to order some specially custom-made outfits from me. They said they were going to attend a semi-formal dinner party and they wanted to look and dress up like those young Korean pop stars. These young schoolboys are somewhere between 13 and 15 years old; and they want me to duplicate those outfits worn by these Korean male singing superstars. I have not seen them before so I am asking for your help. Where can I find photos and pictures of these Korean matinee idols?
