i have an indian passport with a valid US visa and will be flying from the US!

You will need a visa to enter Barbados with an Indian passport. It doesn't matter if you have a U.S. Visa since Barbados is an independent nation and sets its own immigration policies.

I really don't think you need another visa but just to be on the safe side I recommend you talk with your travel consultant.
