Nope.
They have 110v at 50Hz.
However, they may still have the old style prongs that aren't polarized.
You know how one prong is a little bit bigger than the other.
You may have to get an adapter so both prongs end up the same size.

No you do not.. Jamaica uses 110 Voltage.

Probably not, especially if you stay at a resort, but check the battery every once in awhile, it might get really hot and fry, but that normally doesn't happen.

No we use 110v. You only need a converter if the appliance uses 220v.
