I am going to be moving to China sometime during the next year. I am an American. What were your expereinces being a stranger to the country. Was it easy to travel, did you face discrimination, do you have any "must do's" while I'm there? (Places to visit, food to try, etc).

I am not criticizing anybody, so you don't have to report me abusing.
But I am really wondering how you feel when you live under a very tight security measures and fear to die by a suicide bomber or a bullet or a rocket, specially if you know that the one who is shooting you he wants only his rights, his freedom, nothing else. Especially if you know that if you did not immigrate to his country and occupy it, he will be your first friend and he will never harm you.
How could you eat from a food you know that it is stolen, it is somebody else right.
How you feel when Sharon is your prime minister, Horrible.

I am planning to immigrate to Canada and live in Toronto. I have heard Toronto is not that exciting place to live and work in comparision to top american cities like NY, chicago or SF. Just wanted to get your opinion.

I have already booked my hotels, rail passes and air tickets to Rome and Venice for my family of six, but I need to know what to do and where to visit whilst over there. The Italy Tourism website wasn't really helpful either. I will be arriving Venice in the 2nd week of December in the late evening, and will be staying at Venice Mestre for 6 nights. I would love to go to Venice Island, but how do I make my way there? Are taxis safe to travel for 3 pre-teens? I will also be going to Rome for 6 nights too, what would you suggest? It would be thoroughly helpful if could include prices too... Thanks, ALOT! I hope this Yahoo! service works!

We live in the southeast and husband's company might be transferring him to Denver. He says even though the weather is colder it doesn't feel as cold because of the low humidity. Is this true or just some BS someone invented to make him be OK about transferring?

IM going to bangkok for 3 days on a business trip. My meeting will be on the saturday, and I will have time at hand on Friday- day and night, saturday- evening and sunday forenoon. I want to visit a few places in bangkok and around and also do some shopping. I know Robinson's is a good place to shop at. Could someone suggest me where else to go and what to see there. Also suggest me some good night spots and places to visit during the day where I could have some thai food.

I took a carnival cruise on Nov. 26th 2006. It was a 4 day cruise that left out of Port Canaveral. I meet one of the employees from London who was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, and I would like to get in touch with him.. but don't know how. Any ideas?
