I'm writing a HPotter fan fiction and I'm going to put Hermione and her mother in an old manor or castle for safe keeping during summer break. Since they are going to be there for a bit of the story I want to know what sorts of rooms they have and how many and bathrooms and how many. Like drawing rooms, librarys, parlors, dining halls, etc. Also landscaping like elaborate gardens, atriums, etc. Where can I find good floor plans or layouts for these old dwelling that I can familarize myself with, so the writing will flow better?

What Portland, OR Neighborhoods should I avoid?

Hi. I'm moving to Portland, OR in Jan. and I need some help in picking out an apartment. What are the bad parts of town? What are the good ones? We are looking to spend 600 a month for a 1 bedroom. Can we get somewhere nice for that? Where is the most crime? Any advice is great! Thanks.

do u know why it seems like a far miracle to go to California?

I have always wished to go there but everything I try to do in getting there backfires. I first wanted to live there but realized that it was going to cost me $2,000 just to move there and then be broke. Visiting there was going to cost me well over $1000..so any advice on what I should do in getting the good deals on either moving or visiting california by next year?

England has been a country, and people from England are English, and speak English.
Wales has been a country, and people form there are Welsh, and speak Welsh (and English)
What about Cornwall? Has it ever been a country, and people form there are Cornish, and speak Cornish? Or it's just an area in England, where English people called Cornish live, and speak Cornish? It’s confusing me. Please someone tell me the answer. I am not form UK.

How do I ship to Canada? What's the best way?

I sell on eBay, and I would like to offer to ship to Canada. What is the best shipping option? Exactly what customs forms would I need for the outside or inside of the package? What is the best alterantive route to get through valley from LA?

I work in LA/West Hollywood and live in Van Nuys. I need to find the best way to avoid traffic (obviously this won't be 100%), but something better than the 405. I tried taking Laurel Canyon, but it seems most people know about that alternative route and it almost takes the same amount of time for me as the 405 would. Any suggestions/tips?
