I am waiting on a package that was shipped today (Nov. 15) from Shanghai. I live in east Tennessee and am very impatient. Does anyone know how long or ever had a packaged shipped from there?

I want to use the Chinese chat program QQ to video-chat with my fiance in China. I have tried to download the English versions of QQ but they still appear to be in Chinese. I can't fill out the form to register or navigate my way through. Also, even if I could download something in English, would it be compatible for chatting with my fiance using the QQ program in Chinese?
