I've been thinking of visiting Montreal but I don't speak any French. Will it be a problem or can I still get by with English?? Also, will the people there be mad at me for not speaking french, like they would in Paris, or will they be cool about it?? Would really like to know before going there. Thanks.

I got to see Vancouver, my first place in Canada to visit back in July and I really enjoyed it. Now I'm thinking of visiting Montreal. So if anyone is from there or been there, I would like to know what it's like there. What are some good places to see?? When is the best time to go there?? Etc. If so how do you think I should act whilst in England because im studying abroad and need some tips because i dont wanna b the "Classic" American: Loud,Rude,Ignorant,Isn't very cultural and thinks the world revolves around America,Arrogant, And were shorts and sandals.
