My wife and I are planning a Christmas vacation to Portugal. We found a good hotel in the city of Sintra (13 miles from Lisbon). Can anyone give us any tips? Is this a good time of the year to visit? What should we expect? What to see during our stay?
We are also thinking about renting a car. Are we going to be able to do that, even though neither of us have european driver's license? Thanks.

I am interested in pursuing a career in Musical Theater. I would like to go to NYU, because you're in the city-which is an easy way to get introduced to casting directors, producers etc.

I looked at NYU's website and Saw they had Acting, Drama and Music Theatre. What is the difference of all which should I do? I would be interested in Voice performance too. But there really isn't a "musical theater" program-at least I don't think!

I got an offer today for a 3 day/2 night stay at Cape Cod. The package cost $169 with some other goodies attached, so it was hard to pass up. I do have to attend a 90 minute supposedly no high pressure presentation of their property. The company is called Inn Season Resorts. I am wondering if it is a good deal or a rip off.

Heya, I'm planning a road trip for next year across Canada that will last about 1-2 months (maybe longer if I like places and go off plan) I was wondering if people had ideas of some good places preferrably non-touristy as I want to get the flavour of the land.
