Bridge Lake is located in the beautiful Interlakes District on Highway 24, the Fishing Highway, in the South Cariboo region of British Columbia. This tranquil and beautiful area of rolling hills and pine forests boasts approximately 125 lakes loaded with rainbow trout, lake trout and kokanee.
While the fishing in the area is legendary, this is also ranch country, with plenty of trails for horse riding and opportunity for horse riding lessons. Winter activities include snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and ice-fishing. Summer sees hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, kayaking, boating and swimming.
Location: Bridge Lake is located on Highway 24, midway between Lone Butte (Hwy 24) and Little Fort on Highway 5, approximately 6 hours northeast of Vancouver, 2 hours from Kamloops in the Okanagan Valley, and 35 miles (56 km) southeast of 100 Mile House on Cariboo Highway 97.

Definitely as it seems hiking and scenery may be your thing. Might I suggest that you start and end your trip at Montreal? Toronto to Montreal by car is 4 hours, 3.5 if you don't stop for anything (I emphasize, anything) and miss the radar traps. Ottawa and Niagara Falls will also be more than 2 days when you add in travel time. If you hit the Toronto area at the wrong time (rush hour) it can add 1 to 2 hours to the trip. I'm guessing that you are arriving by air. Have a good trip and bring lots of film or memory cards.

With its pile history and urban beaches, Vancouver gets the rightly acquired standing of being one of the very lovely towns on earth, with hotelbye you could have the chance to see this amazing city. One of many places you will need to see in Vancouver may be the Downtown Vancouver. Downtown Vancouver is wonderfully positioned on a peninsula in the Strait of Georgia bounded to the south by the delta of the Fraser River and to the north with a heavy fiord hitting far inland. Here you can even see the often snow-covered ranges of the Coast Mountains. Stanley Park is one of the most visited parks. Is really a rich Peninsula Park of huge woods adjoining to Downtown Vancouver. A paved seawall course encircles the natural space, and many visitors take some time to discover on foot or by bicycle. Inland, the park offers a lot of things to accomplish, and guests may spend the full day discovering attractions which range from the totem poles at Brockton Point to the west shore sea living at the Vancouver Aquarium. Spectacular opinions really are a normal throughout the park.

If you are into fishing, then I highly recommend Northwestern Ontario. The Dryden/Sioux Lookout area is fantastic. There are lakes and beaches everywhere, and the fishing is amazing. There is a lot of hunting in that region as well, but it doesn't sound like you're going there to hunt.
If you happen across this area in the winter, the snowmobiling trails are amazing as well. They are very well groomed, and you can go for miles.
The sunsets are brilliant sitting on the sand listening to the waves at your feet. The stars shine like never before, and the northern lights are one in a million.

There is an awesome dinosaur museum in Alberta. It's called the Royal Tyrrell Museum in Drumheller, Alberta. Even Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie went there when they were filming nearby.
When in Manitoba, if you like East Indian food, in Winnipeg, go to East India Company. They have an AWESOME buffet! It is family-owned and they just opened 2 more, one in Ottawa, Ontario, and the other in Montreal, Quebec.

When in Ontario make sure to visit Haliburton County and the Muskoka region. They are beautiful in the summer and fall and they have lots of mountains for skiing or snowboarding in the winter. go to http://www.haliburtoncounty.ca/ and http://www.muskoka.com/
Niagara Falls is always a great place in the summer (even though it is touristy) I live in Ontario and I still take (short) road trips there every year or so.
If you need maps go to www.mapquest.ca you can get a map of anywhere in Canada or the US
