We were married in October and live in CT. We went to St John US Virgin Island. We LOVED it. It was very low key which is especially great after all the wedding hubbub.
It's 2/3 national park. The beaches are terrific. We rented a house we found on the Internet, but there are resort hotels if that's more your liking. You can even camp!
St. Thomas is a ferry ride away (which we didn't like after being on St. John). The British Virgin Islands are a boat ride away and they are beautiful too.

I don't know what your pocketbook can handle, but I adore going to Mexico, like Cozumel or another place like the Bahamas. Since you live in a cold winter climate, it would be such fun for you. There are a lot of good travel agencies that can recommend places that have inclusive packages for air fare, food, and hotel. Or, go to San Antonio Texas. It is so fun to go on the Riverwalk, and go to Seaworld. Happy honeymooning.

Who doesn't love HAWAII??? I love hawaii but just don't like living here. Just to let you know here in hawaii it will be the best experience to have your Honeymoon. We have sunset cruises, i've been into Star HOnolulu, Atlantis but I prefare Atlantis the best. Its more like for couple kind just perfect for you too. Lot's of Romantic Places Restaurant, La Mer by waikiki is one of the 5 star, John Dominis, Tanaka of Tokyo, Aaron (top of alamoana hotel) For all the restaurant that i've been to i think they have the greatest Steak ever. inFact me and my husband are going there this Oct 24th for our 1st Anniverssary. and so much more... You probably thinking >>>oh its too expensive to go in hawaii<<< I know pretty much good places for cheap prices.
