Yeah... me too... Since English is one of the official languages of the Philippines, hence, we use English in our daily life. Sometimes, we mix both English and Tagalog for convenient use, becoming a 'con' language, "Taglish". Like long time ago, we use "ipaliwanag" for "explain" like "Ipaliwanag mo sa akin" to "Explain to me"... But nowadays, we use "explain" for "explain" too, like "I-explain mo sa akin" to "Explain to me"... So you see, Taglish is a language we use, even in the media.
But I do think there's a Tagalog version of Congratulations or Good job!
"Congratulations" = "Binabati kita" (It's the same for "I salute you")
"Good job" = "Magaling" or "Galing"
But, as I mentioned earlier, "Congratulations" and "Good job" are now applicable in most Filipinos..
Good luck!

Brussels may be the capital of Belgium and is the key seat of the Belgian Royal Family and, also the capital of the European Union and if you want to know after that it this is actually the place hotelbye . Brussels is an amazingly little, easy-going, and human-sized town for all their importance. Unlike anthers city making use of their hordes of tourists, Brussels is Belgium's main financial and academic hub, which gives the town a more workaday feel than different towns. Here, in Brussels, if you'd decide to go to, you will get a proper sense for Belgian life, particularly its great restaurant and café culture. Even though Brussels may possibly not have the celebrity attractions of different Belgian neighborhoods, the capital has more than enough to keep readers occupied for a few days with a clutch of world-class museums and art galleries, as well as quirkier sights like the Atomium, and some wonderful remnants of previous architecture in the previous community quarter.

Those words are now often used in the Tagalog dialect. As far as I know, "congratulations" and "good job" in English are the same in Tagalog. I have never heard any Filipinos that I know say it any different. Here are some other words in Tagalog that might help you out.
Salamat(Thank You)
Maraming salamat(Thank you very much)
Walang Anoman(You're Welcome)
Anong pangalan mo?(What's your name?)
Nasaan ang {name of place}?(Where is {name of place}?)
Nasaan si {name of person?}(Where is {name of person}?)
Mahal Kita(I love you)
