am planning a road trip with 4or5 buddies and am looking for a good location to stay. For example a few bars and some interesting tourist locations. I am planning on going to The Chicago Chophouse for dinner if that helps. Or is there a better steak house now. Thanks for any info

Mrs. Louise Bennet Coverly died and was burried a few weeks ago, she is missed by all Jamaicans, known in Europe and migrated from Jamaica to live in Canada where she died at an old age. Her peoms brought warmth and laughter to everyone who listened to them.
I sincerely miss her.

I'm looking for places to visit, things to do, etc. in/around Washington, D.C. that are unusual or less well-known. Sure, there are the obvious places like the Smithsonian, Washington Monument, etc. I want to hear about places that are off the beaten path.

I'm going over to the UK to study (college) and I'm very nervous. I'm friendly and intelligent and open minded, but I'm afraid that once someone hears my accent or figures out that I'm American, that I'll have to deal with lots of animosity.

Be completely and totally honest, in the UK, just how bad is anti-Americanism? I don't mean hating the government (I hate our gov't too)...do British people generally hate normal American citizens?

I am flying to Delhi from Manchester Airport, using alitalia (stop-off at Milan) - the luggage limit is 20kg and my luggage weighs 40kg! With a excess baggage charge of 11€ per kg, I obviously want to avoid paying excess baggage charges if at all possible - does anyone here have any suggestions on how to re-pack, how to avoid paying or any cheaper methods of getting my luggage to India? Thank you!

It's a fantastic city very, very safe, criminals actually get punished very severely for their nefarious activities. The place is very clean and there are strict regulations(enforced) re the handling and cooking of food. There are loads of places to go and things to see.

Second, tell me some fun things to do in the area please. Why is Medina a great community in your opinion?
