I moved out of Phoenix, AZ 4 years ago to WA state. I grew up in WA state and really tired of this state. Is Phoenix worth moving back to? I heard the crime is getting worse down there. Hubby and I are wanting to buy a home with property not too far from Tecoloctlan. We are Americans and would buy it outright. And definately not try to screw anyone over at all.
But......I have heard that Americans cannot buy property in Mexico without having to pay a whole-heck-of-alot.
