it will be 27 to 29 degree in morning and 15 to 22 at night in november and 22 to 27 degree in morning and 10to 18 at night in december as far as my 30 year experience

You can get complete information about Delhi in http://delhitourism.nic.in about climate & the places to be seen in Delhi. Normally September to November 2006 (autumn) is good time to see Delhi. If you want to enjoy Winter then December to till Feb mid is good time.
