I will be in Toronto for about 3 weeks, what do you suggest me to learn there like useful short courses?

Pick up a Learing Annex booklet.
They'll have courses that are short enough.

Within 3 weeks? Wow. You could do an online course in Esperanto, but you wouldn't need to be in Toronto for that. Maybe just learn to keep your feet still, sit in a bar, have some high-quality drinks and nibbles, enjoy the city atmosphere and buy some good CDs? Can be pretty educational...?

The same things you would learn in any other major world city...except you might have the chance to learn French

First of all WELCOME to Toronto!!
You will find that the people in Toronto are very courteous. So always hold the door for the woman (WE expect it, LOL). Very friendly, helpful, and kind.
