The Cruise line you book through should offer the insurance. Ask them when you book the cruise. Here in the states they all offer it.

You can get insurance for the over 80's, but make sure that what you get, will cover ALL eventualities.

Some companies charge VERY high premiums.

Best thing to do is to go to a local insurance Broker and ask him to arrange the insurance for you.
