Can you still buy local pearls in Bahrein?

I believe Bahrein has been famous for it's pearl fisheries for hundreds of years.

Yes, it is true and those local pearls are great and expensive, but nevertheless exremely nice gift. Best of luck!

Yes you can still purchase pearls in the Persian Gulf. Google Persian Gulf, there are many sites telling you when to buy them and from where.

yes but theyre quite small and very expensive
