It is actually Wensu, and it is located close to the NW border of China 41 15 N, 80 10 E. Look for Alma Ata in Russia then move in a south westerly direction.

Its in zhejiang province. you can fly from Guangzhou.
Its takes 4-5 hrs by bus to Ningbo.
