Has anyone had "chavs" playing there "happy hardcore" over there phones on a bus?

I am a bus driver and iam sick and tired of these social misfits getting on my and other drivers buses playing there so called music over there mobile phone that they proberly got from a Ford Mondeo that was left unlocked.For the entire journey all me and the passengers can hear is the chipmonks on helium.I would like to hear from anyone who has had to listen to this on there way to journey.

My husband and I are going to be spending a few nights in DC while he's home on vacation from Iraq. Since he's only home for a short time, we want to stay somewhere nice, but not extremely overpriced. My main concern is to be in a good part of town.....

Spain or Morocco?

This December I have about 8 days free off, and have to be in the Canary Islands for New Years anyway. W/ 8 days to spend, which would be better: in terms of enough time allotted, cheapest flight, and logistics (getting to and from wherever I spend the 8 days to the Canary Islands for). I kind of want to see Morocco more, but am willing to do Spain if it would just be too hard to do.
