I would imagine your chances would be pretty slim. If you consider that the price of a flight only is almost your entire budget it doesn't leave much left for accommodation let alone food.
I would have thought you would probably get self catering for this. Remember that you won't need nearly as much money while you are away if you go AI so it can sometimes be worth increasing your budget by taking from your spending money.
I have listed some sites below that may be able to get you some good prices. Also, why not checkout the auctions on ebay - search for thomsonholidays as they place holidays on there starting from 1p (naturally they do go up in price) but its a good starting point. Some other sites below....

Not possible! unless you go to mainland spain, where you might get a HB accommodation for that much! worked at a travel agency and have never seen 200 for AI!

Have you tried to do it your self as sometimes it works at much cheaper than getting a package deal. Try the following web page which you might find cheap package deal:

look at 'lastminute.com' or just go into your local, lunn-poly, thomas cook or thompson on the 14/15, and get a last minute bargain...... also teletext has some good deals, and skytv...
