There hasn't been one in a long time. I can tell you that it has never happened here since I've been alive - 28 years.
Sometimes one will start forming or there will even be a touch-down in a near-by county, but never in the city or metro areas.

No one can predict tornado activity. When I lived there the most heavy seasons were spring and fall. Always be prepared. Earthquakes happen there, too.

Other than that it was "handsdown" the most fun, friendly place I have ever lived. St Louis residents are a prime example of how we should all treat each other.

I live in California now and it sure is a 180 degree change from good ole StL Mo.

If it wasn't so darned cold there, I'd still be there.

It has been quite some time since we have had a real big one. This sping and summer we had a couple of small scattered twister. Problem is there is not typical wether in STL. You cannot predict one year to the next when you will have cold temps or warm temps just by the page on the calendar. We have had 80's in December before.

St.Louis doesn't get many tornadoes because most of them pass by below the city or above it. I live near St.Louis so don't worry about them.
