Yes, I have been there last summer holiday. I would go there not only to shops but the bay area reminds me of Florida bay area..it is really nice and clean, lots of restaurants to enjoy the native foods and stroll around. I have seen shows and entertainments, this is a one stop place.
As for the shops, we stopped by for a cup of coffee at Starbucks. and did our shopping including buying cellphones for our nieces and souvenirs to bring back home.

Was at Mall of Asia for the second time today and it is too big. For looking around and just browsing it is fine, but if there are specific items you are looking for it can be annoying to have to criss-cross the mall so many times (i.e., looking today for a baby gift, pricing refrigerators, and a Globe load took two hours). I prefer any SM for normal shopping, Powerplant or Greenbelt for high end shopping, and Tutuban for killer bargain shopping.

I prefer Glorietta and Greenbelt, because it's not as big and I'm more familiar with those malls.

been there two times. i won't go back there on a weekend, there are so many people; i would prefer to go there on a weekday. the shops are just the same as the other malls around manila, and there are some as pricey as in rockwell's. and since the shops are basically much the same, i'd go where it's nearer and it's not mall of asia heheh. the scenery there is so much better though.

We were there in June. Nice architecture, very clean but also very expensive by Philippine standards. You can basically get any namebrand you would want there. If it's souveniers you want, go anyplace else but MOA.
Biggest problem I had was that once you are inside the mall it looks almost identical to the malls I have 5 miles from my home. Why would I want to travel 7,000 miles to see virtually the same thing?

Nope. But I've been to the biggest one. West Edmonton Mall. Would love to see MOA or the Philippines. Miss it a lot.

i just arrive in the philippines last august and i find it great, only if u r looking for fun, strolling and would want to see the sunset.its really bigger compared to other malls here in philippines.we also got lost finding our way back to the parking area, hehe!it was fun looking around,a lot of shops and a variety of resto to choose from.but when we tried to find for an atm,it took us almost an hour to find one thats online!its great for winding,if u dont have anything to do,feel bored.anyway its my therapy for boredom, going to mall of asia,it never fail to make me excited and bring something new.
