I recently have visited saudi arabia, three important cities Mecca, Medinah and Jeddah, I am a muslim but as i saw, the islamic laws in some cases in Saudi arabia differs with the islamic laws in other islamic countries, especially about the women, please explain me about this differences, and i want to know in this condition how is the oppertunity for a saudi girl to marry with a good muslim man in other islamic country that they dont know eachother before? because when a woman has covered herself completely, she will lose many good chances in marriage that may comes true in some conditions...and this is natural.
And, i had really good times in saudi arabia in my visiting, and thanks to God for this and thanks to many of saudi people that had good treating to other muslims that come from other countries.

In early June, I purchased a one-way ticket on US Airways from their website. On the day of the flight, I used their website to check in, and it told me I was eligible for an upgrade, so I accepted. This was a free upgrade, and I was able to pick a first class seat for my boarding pass. The mystery is that I have not flown on US Airways before, and it has been a long time since I flew on America West, which is now owned by US Airways. I doubt there are enough America West miles kicking around to make me worthy of an automatic upgrade. When I asked someone at the service counter, they looked at my record and did not see anything obvious that would explain why I was offered an upgrade. So, there are a few questions here:
1. Has this exact situation on US Airways happened to anyone else?
2. Any guesses as to why their reservations site did this?
3. Since I won't know if I'll be upgraded until I check in online the day of the flight, should I try this again to see what happens?

I used to fly ALL the time and had no problem with it. But during one flight the pilot was making hard turns and dives and scaring the hell out of me, ever since then I've been scared to get back on a plane. If anybody has knows any books or any kind of resources that I could look at to help conquer my fear, or just any advice themselves I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Hey everyone, thanks for taking the time to check out my question. Here's what I'm thinking:

My girlfriend and I are considering moving to California. We're in our mid-20s and are just getting our financial lives started, so I know our choices are going to be quite limited.

We don't want to live crammed in L.A. or any big city for that matter, but we want to live relatively close to a beach. Close enough to not have to drive a day to get there, but also distant enough to be affordable.

So, we'd like to find a small town (perhaps liberal arts college town? -- we want to be a part of living liberal culture) that 'orbits' a larger city --- (1 or 2 hours from a city)

Simply entertaining daydreams about the topic, I thought there might be such a place just north of all of the SoCal traffic and excitement --- somewhere to live where it's maybe a little out of the sun's path some of the time, thus less people would live there (?)

I would love to hear thoughts!!
