I don't think it'll go more than six games. I just don't believe the Rockies can match up with the Sox in the pitching department. Guys like Ramirez and Lowell will make a guy like Francis wish he had never heard of the Green Monster...! And on the other hand, I look for people like Beckett and Matsusaki to possibly be overpowering, especially Beckett. Oh, I know the Rockies took it to 'em during the regular season, but that doesn't mean a thing now. That is my take on the series. What do you think?

On Tuesday reporters interviewed Joey Porter after practice about the chances his team would end up with the worst record and #1 overall pick in the '08 draft. Porter angrily responded by saying that the Dolphins are the real deal and his team would do a 360 and get a Wild card spot.

My all-time would be Jerry Rice for his hands and YAC ability and Randy Moss for this physical nature and ability to make athletic catches.

I'm a writer and I'm writing a short story. I'm stuck on a scene where the main male character is out in the woods at a deer camp. I've never gone hunting so I need to know what happens at deer camps and such. Specifically, what goes on with the men when the women are at home wishing they'd come out of the woods. Because that's the general gist of the scene. The main character's newlywed wife misses him while he's out hunting with boys...

I am a wild fan and I love my boys and Jacques, I have Sirius radio and I was listening to the hardcore sports hockey show, they were talking about how The Wild have only allowed 11 goals against in 8 games and it is because (obviously the trap game that the wild play) They went on about how boring this hockey is and how Lemaire has ruined the game. It made wonder if this is what most hockey fans think.

If this latest injury is serious enough, and the Sox end up winning this World Series, do you think Wakefield will retire? He has had an amazing career in Boston and he is getting older. Don't get me wrong, he's one of my favorite players, but for a guy who throws 60 miles an hour, he has a lot of back and shoulder problems.

I've seen alot of great traditions field bad teams over the years but I can honestly say I've never seen one as bad as Notre Dame is this season. I mean I saw USC in the Hackett era finish last in the Pac-10 but still have the feeling that there was potential. This team I don't see any potential. Other traditional schools have struggled but this Notre Dame team has zero players and is completely inept. Talk about down and out. Do Notre Dame fans really expect a turn around next season?
Have you ever seen anything like this with a traditional power?

Ok - We have the NFL and the MLB right? Do they have major sponsors OVER their sport? NO! They have sponsors IN the sports but nobody that is claiming ownership of the NFL or MLB. Why can't it just be NASCAR Championship Cup Series sponsored by Sprint? We could also go to the now Busch series and call it the NASCAR Amateur Cup Series sponsored by whoever because I don't think Busch is doing it again. We could also take it one futher and call it NASCAR Truck Series Sponsored by Craftsman or whoever decides to spend more money to beat Craftsman. That way whenever sponsors changed it wouldn't screw up the name for fans. All this is doing is showing how greedy the sponsors are getting - oops have gotten. What is your opinion?

Is it Reggie Jackson's hat trick? Carlton Fisk willing the ball fair? Kirk Gibson hobbling around the bases? Willie Mays' catch? Brooklyn winning its first and only trophy?

I love it when the unlikeliest of men become legends. Don Larson, a rather average pitcher, dominated the powerful Brooklyn lineup, and pitched the only no-hitter in post season history, and he was... perfect.

It's obvious that Romo and Manning are the class of nfl quarterbacks. Romo might have become better than Manning this year, especially after having a couple monster games. Manning while he only had one throwing touchdown is clearly also talented. But after these two it seems the talent level clearly seems to drop. Who is the third best? Brady is good but so overrated its ridiculous and anyone who watch his last game knows that he just throws the ball up and he is not all that accurrate. VY is can run, and Palmer is not all there this year.

I was watching an interview with Patrick Kane the other night, and he was talking about growing up and watching Hockey Night in Canada on the CBC. He's not Canadian though, so I thought hockey would be broadcasted on an American network. Plus I'm moving to the States soon, so if I can watch Hockey Night in Canada there, woohoo! I don't know what I will do if I can't enjoy Don Cherry's insanity and *conservative* apparel every Saturday. :(
