Philly.. no question.
Philly fans have sent hundreds of opposing fans to the hosptial during games. Even women and young kids.
Back in the 90s two Men at a philly game threw a WOMAN Cowboy fan down a flight of stairs then kicked her in the stomach when she was down.

Philly fans can be belligerent, but the crudest fans in the NFL can be found in Oakland. Plenty of thugs and bangers, and plenty of idiots always looking for a fight.
Raiders fans are about as close to soccer hooligans as you'll find in North America.
Just keep losing, baby.

From what i'm reading sounds like philly has it won...
Besides that cleveland fans can be pretty crude... anyone remember the jacksonville game when we showered the refs with beer bottles? I was there... it was a sight for sore eyes, that is of coarse if your a browns fan.

I visited Arrowhead in 1991...those fans were pretty crude. I saw someone bean a kid with a full 16 oz. can of Budwesier. The kid was wearing a jersey of the opposing team who was down by three touchdowns.
A security guard wearing indian headgear stumbled up, picked up the beer, opened it and drank it one long pull then whizzed all over the kid and his parents. He did that arm gesture they do there without saying a word then walked off. The mom was crying, the kid was having a grand mal seizure, the dad was trying to shield them from the rest of the crowd with his parka.
It was pretty harsh.

but then again the raiders fans are the dumbest...

Philadelphia. I refuse to bring my kids to a game out here. The "fans" out here are so class-less. Not that you have to resemble golf-fans...but the atmosphere in Lincoln Financial is disgusting.

Philly threw snowballs at Santa and cheered a possible career ending injury to Michael Irvin. They also boo their own players early in very game.
