On Tuesday reporters interviewed Joey Porter after practice about the chances his team would end up with the worst record and #1 overall pick in the '08 draft. Porter angrily responded by saying that the Dolphins are the real deal and his team would do a 360 and get a Wild card spot.

Man, there hasn't been too many 9-7 wild card teams. Then again, his mouth and ego always have written checks that his personality can't cash.

Porter's guarantees are worth as much as a fart in a jar is worth. He guaranteed that the Dolphins would beat the Raiders earlier this season. What are the dophins now? 0-7? I'd like to see the Dolphins do 360's for the rest of the season, and Levi Jones of the Cincinnati Bengals get a huge judgement against Porter for taking a poke at him while in the Palms Las Vegas.

EDIT -- 28-7!!! Patriots enable the Dolps the 'again door conceal'!!!! (THE crew THAT RUNS UP THE score, lays down contained in the second one 0.5, to ensure they did not score again -- and infrequently you do this, by throwing the balls in each and every single position, like they did.. to quit the CLOCK and allow Miami to take their time for that ONE TD that they'd go with to break the 24-pts spread!!) ______ unusual issues can ensue, contained in the NFL... with the $$$ going heavily for the Patriots -- you imagine that at present.. the Eagles (+24), Ravens (+21), Jets (+21)... ALL coated, because they were that sturdy? (even as they're distinct the weakest offenses contained in the NFL?). And, because of the again-to-again Eagles & Ravens covers/close shaves... what percentage between YOU theory the Steelers had a sturdy danger at their +12-13 spread? (i'm nevertheless guffawing at how the NFL/refs presented 3 fifth-downs to the Pat,s at Ravens, AND gave them that very last TD, that may've been a No-capture, if it change into everybody else...) The Eagles recreation change into amusing how AJ Feeley tossed it away previous due, fairly brazenly... and nevertheless no man or woman questions how/why/even as issues are executed? (gotta love how the NFL hides it really is aspect spread backbone/organization plan in straightforward SIGHT... and all and distinctive can't see it) i have "gained" a week with the Pats -- and immediately, the Pats are set-up for a huge WIN in maximum folk's eyes. (yet, i'd not guess on it!)

I think Joey Porter is delirious and still thinks that he plays for the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Dolphins as well as Joey Porter should focus on winning a game first.

He's just trying to get media attention by making it sound like he's a team-player. If the Fins still had Ronnie Brown, there would still be a slight chance. Even if they still had Chambers, there would be an even slighter chance. But if they go winless throughout the season so far when they had Brown and Chambers, how bad are they going to do WITHOUT them?!?!? Ironically, Miami is more likely to go 0-16 this season than St Louis. The only chances of Miami getting a win is either against the Jets, Bengals, or possibly one of the two games against Buffalo. But the Jets and Bengals O is nothing to be overlooked and Marshawn Lynch should be able to run all over the Dolphins D.

Its Joey Porter...the only reason anyone has EVER listened to him is because he got attention when Pit went to the Super Bowl. He's never said anything that matters, including this quote in question.

Did he really say 360? If he did he is a complete idiot, but I already knew that when he voiced his support for Michael Vick torturing dogs to death.

If the team reverses course and starts winning, it would be a 180. If they do a 360, which is more likely, they will stay the same. You can't make the playoffs with no wins.

'Roid Rage.

Maybe, he's trying to generate some interest in their game in London this week, also.

Sorry, Joey... lost your starting QB, RB and WR in the last 3 weeks and the defense is getting older by the minute.

They'll be lucky to win a game this year, but at least they play the Jets and Bills twice a year.

Joey Porter needs to remember who he's playing with this year. Maybe he can close him mouth for 10 minutes and focus on playing some good ball.

He's a jerk and should STFU

I think you need to get a job. You are the biggest loser on here except for the homo that keeps asking questions in the baseball and basketball sections about guy's "packages". Go get a job interning for Peter King. He's running out of stuff to make up these days.
