i have asthma and im obese but my asthma isnt the one thats slowing me down its my weight how can i increase stamina?

also some workout routines would be helpfull i dont really know how to workout at home and sweat im starting jogging around my block and im sweating but what other exersices at home could i do?

equipment we own
everlast bag set( it has a punching bag, speed bag, and double end bag)
im not sure what its called but it has a pullup bar, and i dont know what its called but you put ur arms on a thing and pick up your lower body,
we have weights

what can i do with all this that fits for me? im 14 years old BTW

Im trying to trade devin hester and larry johnson to a guy that desperately needs a running back in return for randy moss. the problem is that I also have tom brady, and while the guy i proposed the trade to is cool with it, the league has vetoed it 3 times because theyre affraid of a little double dipping. Ive tried to explain that from a production standpoint im losing out here but theyre not having it.

I read everywhere that Chad is a No. 1 WR, but in my league he's averaging less points than TEs like Clark and Gates. In my league, we reward 7 pts per TD, and 5 per 100 yards. So my question is:

If you're not in a PPR league, is Chad Johnson worth anything? Are people expecting more from him, or is it just my league's lack of PPR makes him less desirable? Or am I missing something?

On any message board I read I keep seeing that John Ferguson Jr must go, from leafs fans. I wonder how much control he really has. What Toronto has needed for years is the kind of house cleaning that the Flyers made last year to move out the old former greats, rebuild the farm system and then have the cap space to go after high profile free agents. The question is had JFJ went that route last year when some of these guys ( Tucker, sundin, some of the dmen) had decent trade value, would the ownership group and the fans have supported him? Would they support him to do it this year knowing it means a 50 pt season this year and maybe next as Toronto does not have the young core Philly had?

It seems to me as if the GM in Toronto has limited power with respect to what he can do and is stuck with Band-aid solutions to try to sneak into the playoffs year after year.

Joseph Addai, Kevin Jones and Anquan Boldin for Adrian Peterson, Marvin Harrison and Lawrence Maroney. It looks like Addai is not in a running back by committee with Kenton Keith (he got 15 carries Monday night). Boldin says his hip will not be 100% all year and he will be limited on running deep routes. For me, I get Adrian Peterson who is I think better than Addai is if Addai is going to be splitting carries. I also get Harrison just coming back from injury. He catches passes from Manning while Boldin has Tim Rattay/Kurt Warner at QB. What do you think, should I do it???

Robby Gordon isn't surprised by Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s continued engine problems. A year ago, he went through the same problems. Earnhardt's engine blew during the final restart of last Sunday's race at the Martinsville Speedway. It was the seventh engine failure for Earnhardt this year - five since he announced in May he was leaving Dale Earnhardt Inc. at the end of the season. A year ago, Gordon bought engines from DEI. After he announced he was leaving Chevrolet for Ford in October, he had five engine failures in the final six races. "It doesn't surprise me a bit," Gordon said. "I've been there. I don't think they're giving him bad engines, but I do think they're probably giving him some experimental engines. I have been thinking about trying to convert an sks into 7.62x25 by using a ppsh43 barrel and welding an extention onto it to make it 16 inches. I was thinking about eliminating the gas system since the ppsh43 is just a blowback operated system.
Why does the sks need to be gas operated when the bolt looks so much like the blowback operated bolts? Why couldn't it just be blowback operated?

Chapman is the only player ever to die from an event that occurred on a baseball field. The Indians star SS, he was beaned to death by New York Yankees pitcher Carl Mays (who actually would be in the Hall if he hadn't beaned Chapman). The Indians would purchase Hall of Fame SS Joe Sewell from a minor league team to replace Chapman, which is part of how his memory faded.

Chapman was a slightly average hitter at shortstop (he was slightly over 110% as productive as the average hitter). Chapman was by far the best offensive shortstop in the American League at the time. Contemporary Hall of Fame SSes Dave Bancroft (98%) and Rabbit Maranville (82%) were nowhere near the same offensively.

Chapman also had a career range factor that was .4 plays a game above league average.

He probably was the best shortstop in baseball at the time, so why isn't he in the Hall of Fame?

hey i knew to a gun club, first time i fired a gun(9mm) i was 18, im now 20 went to a gun club and picked up a smith (something) 9mm, had 50 bullets, aiming at the paper target about 20feet away from me, i was aiming towards the head area, i had the centre red circle on target but the closest i got to it was the neck, the rest were area the torso area or the target. can anyone give me advice on aiming the gun and also if you could possible give me an idea of the gunn i used, it was a glock, the man said smith something, he was a bit of a know it all though, didnt have time for anyone kinda thing, im totally knew to guns in general, dont have any grandparents that hunted or anything neither so im a total beginner in everyway, thanks for your help in advance!

Given they are having a terrible start to a season. But can the eagles turn it around and at the very least end the season .500? The redskins seem to be sputtering and the giants have a history of starting hot and fizzling out. Is it possible they may make it to the wild card? Why? Why not?

I have started running not too long agao and I have shin splints (mild pain). I think I overpronate. I also have arches that are more on the flatter side.

Should I buy running shoes that have cushioned heels (ex: Nike Shox Turbo V style)??? Or should I look for other features?
