...I like Petty but he said that he would not hesitate to switch cars if it was necessary to ensure that both Petty Enterprises cars kept lining up for the Cup races -- whether that would be at the beginning of next season or at the end of this one.

...Now is that abusing the system or should it be allowed?

Need help here. I am thinking between a couple of professions in uni, and just need to ask a couple of questions. If I were to pick Dentistry, could I still engage in the full contact type martial arts, or any for that matter without risking a short career as a dentist?

I'm afraid I may injure my hands or even develop problems with it which may force me to stop my potential career. If it's possible, what arts would be best? If I can still do any full contact martial art, that'll be preferred, thanks.

They can't seem to look past their conference and realise how weak they are overall against other BCS conferences. They scream how good the big 10 is yet the teams havent been able to back it up. They lose to Div 1 AA teams and the fans make excuses. They even point to last year when Wisconsin won a bowl game! They tend to forget that most the rest of the conference got slaughtered in their bowl games. The only big 10 teams to play tough nonconference games were Michigan and Illinois and they both lost their 1 tough nonconference game. The rest of the conference struggled to wins against teams like Citadel and Iowa lost to Big 12 punching bag Iowa state. Yet the fans still scream how tough they are and will huff and puff about this question.

From the second the Sox won the game last night, every single question is "Who will win game 7" And crap like that. I mean c'mon this is like the Sports Illustrated cover jinx. Can we all stop asking questions like that until AFTER the game? I know this sounds ridicuous, but please stop. Please stop asking who will win tonight. Its been asked 100 times, and its supersticious. Please stop.

i mean, hes only won 1 euro-cup(not cwc or uefa)and theres no way they should of won that one which was a sheer fluke.a great coach would of won that compo more times than 1,evan the "clough" won it twice and dont say they are gona win it this year because they are crap away in euro.

My family's religion is not christian, not catholic, not jewish its Yankee Baseball. We come from New York City where its a religion in many other houses here too. I hate the Red Sox more than anything, I love seeing them lose, but for some reason I'm confined to the fact that they are going to win tonight. Am I going against my religion and my beliefs?

I hope the British athletes make us proud like our Rugby boys did last night.

An extraordinarily handsome man decided he had the
responsibility to marry the perfect woman so they could produce beautiful children beyond compare.
With that as his mission he began searching for the perfect woman.
Shortly there after he met a farmer who had three stunning,
gorgeous daughters that positively took his breath away.
So he explained his mission to the farmer, asking for permission to marry one of them.
The farmer simply replied, "They're looking to get married,
so you came to the right place. Look 'em over and pick the one you want."
The man dated the first daughter.
The next day the farmer asked for the man's opinion.
"Well," said the man, "she's just a weeeeee bit,
not that you can hardly notice...pigeon-toed."
The farmer nodded and suggested the man date one
of the other girls; so the man went out with the second daughter.
The next day, the farmer again asked how things went.
"Well,"the man replied, "she's just a weeeeee bit,
not that you can hardly tell..cross-eyed.

Everybody including ICC know that a wrong decision by an umpire could turn a match upside down, with all the hi-fi technologies in hand why can't they make it a rule for the umpires to refer to the third umpire for lbw appeals, i mean all the lbw appeals even if it is plumb. It could even save a batsman's career. What is stopping them from making such rules ? Anybody got any idea?

Also, does anybody know what action is taken against the umpires responsible for such bad decisions ?
