English is a condition that we've had forced upon us. Success in sport doesn't mean everything to everybody. We do enjoy a good and varied culture though. Many foods from many nations accessible anywhere in the land. "Who cares who wins", that should be our motto.

Being English, is to know defeat... and it is also to know victory... we dont expect to win all the time, what we do expect is for our teams to put in the effort and play the game...
