I ride a “Trek Madone 4.5 WSD” road bicycle. Last year, I rode 4563 miles. She is a 50 cm carbon frame, with a Shimano 105 50/39/30 crank / Shimano 105 12-27, 10-speed cassette.
This might be a bit silly, as I enjoy pedaling; I often choose to try to keep up with my friends while they drive their cars. This is the best option, especially since I’m the only cyclist in the group. So, every time we have an outing, they will drive and I’ll ride.
As long as I could keep up with my friends’ cars, I would try to stay in line with them. Would it be possible to draft off from their cars?

It's been 3 years now since the NFL put handcuffs on Roy Williams. They didn't like the way he destroyed their little offensive stat. makers. The 'cuffs are off Sunday, and Williams will break Moss' ribs early in the game. The Cowboys will beat the Patriots. 'nuff said.

Stoner has noted that Rossi is snubbing him. In the past Rossi has acted cool towards guys like Melandri, when he proved to be a threat to him, even though they are friends.
It seems when Rossi can't win on the track he tries to psych them, when off the track, as with Biaggi and Gibernau.
As Stoner has his measure on the race track, is he trying to beat him this way?
Is this his gamemanship?

How hard would it be to be both good in stamina and speed? Like a footballer is e.g Thierry Henry, Ronaldinhio, etc.. Where your sprint time would be around 10.2-11.5 secs while still being able to run long distances ( marathons )? I wwant to achieve this but wondering how hard would it be?

If I were a coach, I would run a West Virginia type offense: run the triple option out of the shotgun with a mobile quarterback with alot of WR screens with speedy recievers. The only difference is my offense would be more pass oriented than West Virginia, maybe 60% run and 40 % pass, and would pass downfield more. On defense, I would run a 4-2-5 pressure based defense. I would use alot of zone blitz packages, bringing safeties, along with linebackers, on a blitz...Anyway that is what my system would be like...what would be your type of system?

ive been watching ufc for a long time now and never miss a ufc event.i even had the pleasure to watch ufc 69 live.....but after that nite and the following ufc events that followed changed me...in my eyes i wanted GSP holding that belt for along time....lackluster and over hyped fights.....liddell losing two fights in a row....and all these badarse fighters from pride not impressive.....now to top all this off Couture is leaving....nomore fedor vs randy.....nomore liddell vs silva that means something.......and nomore great cards....I THINK IM LOSING INTREST IN MMA...Here is the question is anyone else thinking of calling it quits and stop watching and maybe view ufc.com time to time just 2 see whats going on????bc this addiction seams to be wearing off...ttt

is it true that if your running shoe is a lil bit to big it can cause shin splints, you see i used to run a few years ago like 3 miles a day and now i get shin splints after half a mile. my running shoes aren't snug they are a little loose if that's not it someone please tell me how to fix it

Sometimes when i start jogging i immediately feel a stitch in my ab muscles and it persists until the pain is too great to continue running.

Other times the stitch develops after i've been running for a while.
And other times i dont get the stitch at all whatsoever.

do i not run correctly or something? how do i prevent from getting the stitch? i run 5k tomorrow so i'm like aaahh.... does it have something to do with eating?

I really like the team idea of DX. A lot of people are starting to hate it because both HHH and HBK are "too old" (I don't hear anyone complaining about the Undertaker). So I thought what is DX could continue, with new guys, younger guys? I think that would be alright, just want to see what other people have to say about this.
