Coz I am Australian and I prefer cricket, I have been to 1 MLB game (Angels v Detroit) and it was pretty fun. But I went to an ODI (one day international) and had a GREAT time.

but I probably can't join a dojo for financial reasons. Does anyone have suggestions on any books that I could buy (that are accurate!) or websites to use? I would like to begin training myself, at least until I can join a dojo. Also, is there anything that I should know about Kenpo Karate before I begin training? Any advice would be welcomed.

India are being smashed hands down by Australia. The Aussies have taken a 3-1 lead against India after a "one-sided" win against India today at Baroda.
Have Indians again gone back to their shell?

all fckin week, ive been hearing about how the refs tried to screw the cowboys on monday night. the biggest one they are CRYING about is the snapped ball before the challenge on T.O.'s (second big) drop...THE REFS IN THE BOOTH DID THEIR JOBS!!! would you have liked them to stop the clock with 10 seconds left to check a replay so the cowboys get a free stopping of the clock?? jesus! the booth buzzed for a replay check at the last possable second just in case the clock would have run out before the cowboys could spike the ball. it was the CORRECT call as to not interfere with the game!!! its common sence that i wouldnt expect the fair-weather cowboy bandwagon members to understand because they arent REAL fans of the game....its pathetic....

No doubt he's the most legendary batsman Cricket ever produced since Don Bradman (in his own words)- he's done a lot for Indian cricket and inspired several generations of young players (Virender Sehwag claims he grew up idolising Sachin). But any idiot can tell you his form is not the same anymore.

He used to play a square cut towards off side boundaries. Ever since his back operation, he's FORGOTTEN that stroke. It used to be my favourite. They called it the "Tendulkar stroke".

Just because he's still able to produce 30 or 50 runs (and the occasional 100) doesn't explain anything. Cricket is in his blood so he'll continue to play at similar standards for another 4-5 years. But, he's no longer a match-winner; no longer he has the capability to carry the entire team's burden upon him. Back in the good ol' days: Sachin was a sign of reassurance. The very fact that he was in the crease, meant India had hope and his consistency was his trademark.

Okay, where to start...
I bought a WWII era Kar98, and am now looking to get a replacement stock for it. I took apart everything else but the thing holding me back from taking the barrel assembly out is the front bayonet lug. Instructions online say to just push the spring piece down and slide it off, but it wont budge. I noticed there was a bayonet stud further down, but when I looked at it, there was nowhere for it to move out on the other side, it looks like it was riveted in...

Is there something I'm missing? I need some illustrated step-by-step instructions but it's all writting like it's oh-so-easy. I honestly need help, because I want to use it but save the original stock.
