They only good enough for T20..
bcz they can't handle the pressure for longer period...
However Aussies are the 50 50 Champions...

20-20 is a short over game. The problem for Indians is when its a 50 overs game because the other team gets to bat 50 overs and still have wickets left. India on the other hand plays with 5 bowler who rarely perform with the bat. When the initial batsmen fail the team crumbles. It can be rectifed of course, but the selectors have to choose a proper team. When they do, the team performs well.

First of all Twenty/20 and ODI are of different format and require different game plan and strategies. One mjust keep in mind that Australia are the best and strong team in the world in ODI and it will, be very tough to beat them. India is far below in ODI rankings and as such no one can really expect India to defeat Australia and win the series. .

20/20's change the mentallity of players. in ODI's you will do better if you can get through the 50 overs and it is not an overly attacking match. In 20/20's due to the lack of time in the game and the lack of overs the batsmens mentallity turns attacking. Also 10 wickets is harder to maintain in 50 overs than it is in 20.
India is playing too attacking at the moment against Australia because they are still in the 20/20 mentallity.

You need to love cricket to understand the game.
India is not struggling but giving proper respect to ODI champions by not trying hard to beat them in evey game.

indian team is full of talent but they lack a profesionl approach to cricket.. ther is always a better chance of winning for a stronger team in a longer version of cricket....obviously india is not a bad ODI team.. we should not forget we r playing the best team in world..i think u r expecting a lil too much from india after tat T20 win.. in T-20 if any team makes one small mistake they dont get time to come over it.. tat is wat happened to all other teams there.. n i think indian team had no pressure of winning T20 (tat played a big role in indian victory in my view)
since they had an excuse tat they had played only one T20 match before tat n tat too indian team was full of youngsters n a very new captian wid no experiance atall (luckily tat is wat prooved to be the strongest point over there)
lets see wen india plays T20 match wid australia at end of this series (now everyone is expecting india to win so lets see how they react to this pressure even though they ve advantage of playin on there home ground)..dhoni has got a chance to proove tat it was not a fluke..... ALL THE BEST to dhoni (i m not sarcastic here)

India is good in only 20-20...That's why they are loosing today's match...they always struggle in 50 over ODI..

The logic is simple.In 20 cricket u dont need any planning or u dont have to think or u dont have the time to think but in 50 overs u definetly need planning and u need lots of imaginative power.

Logic Number 1. Why should I play well when I am going to get my income whether I play or not. Since I played well in Tea 20 and hence for another 10 or 15 matches even if I dont play I am going to be in the team.
Logic Number 2. I am not going to play for others. I would like to play for myself only. I will play well and score 30 to 40 runs. I am not bothered about others.
Logic Number 3. The Tea 20 celebrations are still going on. I am concentrating on Tea 20 celebrations. I am the HERO right now in Tea 20 celebrations. But I am not bothered about zero in other things right now.
Logic No.4 Nobody gave me any target to score this much or that much and hence I could not score anything. I scored zero runs out. Still I am very sure I will be in the team and get my full 100% payment as it is.
Logic No.5 I have already scored 15000 runs in Tests and another 15000 runs in one day internationals and you expect me to score 100 runs in each and every matches to prove my talents for selection?
Logic No.6 Who said I am not scoring runs Just because I have not scored this series that does not mean that I am not a good player. See during the next series against Canada cricket team I will score 45 runs and show you that I am a talented batsmen.
Logic Number 7. Who said I have talents. I have no talents to score against genuine pace bowlers like Bret Lee. In Ranji Tropy I scored some runs so I was one day international selected. Ranji tropy bowlers were not Bret Lee type.
Logic Number 8 Bret Lee did magic spell. I could not see the ball itself. One second Bret lee was having the ball. During the next second the wicket keeper was having the ball. If I could see the ball only I could play. When I could not see the ball itself how do you expect me to play and score runs. .
Logic No.8. I did not know that I would be selected. I am not a talented cricket player at all. But I was selected due to ......... how do you expect me to play well.
Logic No.9. Tea 20 is different team and One day international team is different team. Don't compare.
Logic No10. Nobody asked me to bowl and take wickets. My captain stated to keep proper line & proper length and I kept proper line and proper length without taking any wickets they went on scoring runs but I kept my length and line as per my captain.
Logic No.11 I am a specialist good fielder in close in catching position but my captain kept on the boundary line through out the match.
Logic No.12 Who said I did not perform. I scored some runs I took one or two wickets.
Logic No.13 No logic; Wait and see we will definitely win against Canada team all the matches and all the one day internationals and prove our talents as World's No.1 tea 20.champ.
Logic No.14. I was selected for my fielding talents. But unfortunately during this series they were hitting sixes and sixes. They were hitting huge sixes how can I catch the ball when the ball was lost in the air for sixes.
Logic No.15. I am the senior most player I did not play well I expected the other juniors to play well and win the team. On the other hand the juniors did not play well and the juniors expected the seniors to play well and make our team win.
Logic No.16. We have just now had the tea & 20 runs were scored. I expect the team to score more after this series. Slow and steady wins the race. . .

T20 Champs ha! dosent mean their the best. they just beat Aus, then they just beat Pak. It was any ones tourny. Just becuz they won 3 games in a row to win, dosent mean there the kings of the world
