Anyone who knows anything about martial arts knows this is dribble.and kata does have its place and it does have lots of hidden moves as you progress you find that out for yourself.what you are told is not necsasarily what the move is.

Could you use jiu-jitsu like techniques in highschool wrestling?

What are the rules about highschool wrestling regarding submission manuevers such as brazilian jiu-jitsu? If I took jiu-jitsu do you think it would help me in highschool wrestling? I know judo is allowed but Jiu-jitsu submissions might be illegal?

Don't get me wrong, I think what he did and how he did it against Liakhovich was impressive, but it occured to me that against Lewis, eight and a half years ago, he weighed 228.
Saturday he weighed 268. That's a gain of 40 pounds of solid muscle in just over eight years.
Anyone that saw the fight could see the physical condition he was in - lean, cut, muscular - with very little body fat.

I hope he doesn't become the third guy who wins a heavyweight belt that gets stripped for steroid use.
