Yes and No.
It isn't whether you could use them as far as effectiveness, it is whether you are allowed to use certain ones.
Submission techniques, generally no. Anything that bends against the joint you can't do. Anything that has a "chokehold" but doesn't include the lock around his head and arm (actually you can use his arm to apply pressure to the right place if you catch him and this can be more dangerous but it is allowed if you don't look like you are trying to choke him out).
As far as throws go:
Folkstlye wrestling = general level of high school wrestling, you need to have full control over your opponent if you lift him up, you cannot slam him hard on the mat without control (actually you can't slam him at all, there are some tosses that may be applied hard and look like a slam though).
Freestyle wrestling = you generally have more leeway, this generally begins at the college level but some high schools that are very good have thier varsity wrestle against college teams and they would use freestyle rules. You have more leeway in throws and don't need complete control here.

So first you should learn the proper rules of your wrestling and then apply your jiu jitsu skills, with filtering out the illegal moves. If you have done a fair bit of jiu jitsu, especially brazilian, your footwork is probably very good, which is the priority in a good wrestling, footwork, grabs and balance are probably what you mainly have advantage in after jiu jitsu, so fell free to use them as well. Develop your own signature move by applying some of the jiu jitsu knowledge, and go out there and kick some ****!!! Good luck, man

No, the techniques in JuJitsu are far different because the techniques in Jujitsu are geared more for sumission than pinning the opponent (which is what Greco-Roman wrestling is about; pinning your opponent), and are generally more dangerous due to the fact that they can break or dislocate an opponents arm.
But taking up Jujitsu would prob'ly help you to get more comfortable on the Mat once the match hits that point and it may also help you in your strategy while your competing to win your matches.
they would more than likely disqualify you for using submission techniques.
I have a friend in my Hapkido class that wrestled his entire High School career.

Judo is better if you want a sport to cross train for high school wrestling. The problem with jujitsu is that you become so use to pulling guard or working from your back that it is a habit which hurts in wrestling

Yes you can, but it also could work against you. jiu-jitsu have many good sweep and way to get out of sticky situtation, but on other hand they have technique that could make it easier for wrestler to pin you.

there are no submissions in wrestling (unless you're going to pull some "cheap-dirty" moves out of desperation).
if anything your grappling, sweeps, and being able to relax (not panicking) will be help you, that's about it.
just remember to get off your back, when it comes to wrestling.
