it depends on what you are going to be doing. If you dont have to move around that much. flanal long johns work great. I wore them in baseball but can be a little constricting. Underarmor has long johns too but they dont seem to be as warm but do hold in body heat pretty well. If you are looking for light jackets. they make a material that is like a trashbag material that pitchers use while warming up. I think its nylon. It doesnt let any body heat out and works really well. You can find them at most sports shops.

Cashmere is the best, and particular there are distinctive weights of wool, and a few products are basically parly wool, in many situations 80% cotton, 10% wool, 10% nylon. All wool may be very heavy and cumbersome.

Natural fabrics because they breaths, pure wool is the best to keep you warm and wash by hand

Hmm I love flannel sheets, but I don't think you'd be wanting to wear flannel, or a sheet in general. Jackets with down in them are super warm and I just bought one! :) I don't know about pants, thermal shirts make for nice undershirts, and make sure the clothing you buy isn't cheap, thin feeling material.

well if you get a fleece sweatshirt and some water repellent outer shell that would keep you warm. you would be sweating by the end of the day
