are here to insult other people's beliefs and religion regardless of whether they believe at all. Sometimes I feel that I only have to check out this site to see what goes on in people's thoughts and minds. Do other people agree to this???

But when the hearts of men are full of pride, ambition, and the love of the world, there is no room for the word of God to abide in them. (Jn 5:39-44)

See in the Bible, John 1:1 and read it carefully; then put "Bible" in place of "Word", and test the former and the later as Truth -- and always in and with He the Spirit of Truth Jesus here with us. What does He tell you on this?

See also John 20:28-31 and then 21:25. Also in the Bible, what did Jesus do and say at his ages 12-30 when He was Incarnate God-Man here ? Bible states nothing.

Is our One True Living Word of God the Bible ? or He -- our Master Jesus Christ -- here now fully in Spirit ?

God is Spirit ! or God is Book ? Do we worship God in Spirit and in Truth ! or in Book and in Church ?

Our Living Savior Jesus here unifies all sincere Christians; and the 37,000 plus different Christian church intellectual doctrines and creeds about the Bible divide us terribly !

Did God Reveal about 975 pages or so of Bible text, and then cease Revealing ? If yes or no, WHY do you so believe or so Know ?

WHO or WHAT is your WORD of our Living GOD ?

Ask Him !

I'm sorry, but I just have to ask. If that's true, why is so much time and effort expended here arguing against that belief. Surely there is something you'd rather do than argue about something you don't care about.

And if this is offensive, I apologize, but I mean it seriously. I really do wonder about the reason.

Fact. The vast majority of people take on the religion of their parents. (i.e. a child born in a baptist house will most likely grow up to be a baptist, a child born in a muslim household will most likely grow up to be a muslim etc etc)

If you did this, do you think it is a huge coincidence that of all the thousands of religions and sects that exist or have existed throughout history that are all wrong, you just happen to have been born in the only one that is right?

(If you are not the religion of your parents then don't bother answering please as this question is not for you)

I happen to believe they occur and I know of a retreat where prayer is constant and healings are performed (successfully from what I've been told).

My friend is very pragmatic and not prone to spiritual issues. Of course that may change as she is looking at a terminal illness.

Would discussing the possibilities of a miracle healing help her (because it can work) or would it just make matters worse by giving her false hope, or offending her?

Where does one draw the line?

I haven't had the privilege of meeting or speaking to an anointed brother or sister, so I was just wondering if there are any on here? Maybe it's a small chance on Y/As, but if you do know of any in your congregation maybe you could give us a story? Like I said it's probably a small chance but at least someone else may know one.

I don't mind if you prefer to email me for more privacy. I also know that an anointed one wouldn't want to draw attention to oneself, but it is just a question from me.
