No ,The more work of Gods will you do down here . the more rewards you will receive up there . Some will be in charge of cities , others will receive different crowns , if you get killed for Christ you will be under his throne , the closest to God.

There are two ways to interpret the various crowns mentioned in the NT. One way is that they all have to do with eternal life, like the crown of righteousness means that we have the righteousness of Christ credited to our account or the crown of glory means that we will be glorified.
The other way is to say that they represent some type of reward that we will receive when we appear before the Bema judgment seat of Christ.
2 Corinthians 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may receive what is due for what he has done in the body, whether good or evil.
In any event, it certainly seems like the Bible teaches that there will be different levels of eternal rewards waiting for each believer.
1 Corinthians 3:10 According to the grace of God given to me, like a skilled master builder I laid a foundation, and someone else is building upon it. Let each one take care how he builds upon it. 11 For no one can lay a foundation other than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. 12 Now if anyone builds on the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw-- 13 each one's work will become manifest, for the Day will disclose it, because it will be revealed by fire, and the fire will test what sort of work each one has done. 14 If the work that anyone has built on the foundation survives, he will receive a reward. 15 If anyone's work is burned up, he will suffer loss, though he himself will be saved, but only as through fire.

All who enter into heaven will receive a crown of Glory. Then we will throw those crowns to the feet of the One who got us there. Those that don't receive a crown just aren't going in to heaven.

it means that some will be selected from mankind to serve as kings and priest with the Christ in heaven. The rest of faith full mankind will live on earth and will be subjects of God's kingdom.
Psalm 37:11...But the meek ones themselves will possess the earth,
And they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace
Matthew 5:5....“Happy are the mild-tempered ones, since they will inherit the earth.

The Equality.... is in Our Position.... IN CHRIST.... as His Redeemed!
The Crown is that of Salvation.... NOT OF WORKS...!
Here is a verse.... about ... WORKS....!
(2Timothy 2:5) And also if anyone competes, he is not crowned unless he competes lawfully.

If you read the bible you will find that only a number of people will get into heaven and live beside Jesus and god and the rest of us will live on earth in Paradise.
So, no we are not all equal.

God originated the hierarchical system of things.
In heaven, all will not be equal, but all will be equally fulfilled.

We all have our talents apportioned to us. It means that all parts equal the whole. None being better than another.
